We understand that not every purchase will end up suiting the wants and needs of a customer and that is why we want to make the return process as simple as possible. We offer standard 30 days Warranty on all hardware issues for this refurbished computer/laptop. Extended 1-Year Warranty is also available to purchase separately. The warranty period commences on the original purchase date. Accidental damage is not covered and all damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs & upgrades. A RMA number will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty. You can claim a refund for any computer not working properly within the warranty period. Any missing parts or accessories must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for shipping any malfunctioning items within the warranty period. All returns require the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us by emails/calls.

No System can be returned without authorization from our RMA Department first, our technicians will provide further instructions on what needs to be done. Items returned for replacement or refund must be accompanied with the receipt, RMA#, and include all items originally in the package.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
